Kimetsu no Yaiba

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Hinokami Kepputan will have a version for PlayStation 5 , Xbox One and PC, aside from the previously confirmed PS4 edition. The latest issue of Shueisha's Weekly Jump magazine has advanced the information, which maintains the title launch window in 2021 ; at the moment, only confirmed for the Japanese market.

The magazine expands with a Story Mode for this development of CyberConnect2, a story mode where we can relive certain moments of the manganime - in the absence of knowing if it will include an original plot or if everything will be adapted from the work - and a Tag Battle mode to fight in Simpler battles with various characters.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Hinokami Kepputan will be released sometime in 2021 for the platforms indicated by Aniplex. We will know more information about the title on February 15, in the next issue of Weekly Jump . We do not know if it will reach the West.

Kimetsu no Yaiba, one of the greatest hits of the current manga

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is one of the greatest phenomena of recent times in the manganime universe, a series that has been able to unseat One Piece in the annual volume sales rankings from the top position after more than ten years. Everything coincided so that 2020 was his year, in capital letters.

Koyoharu Gotouge's work ended with a total of 23 volumes on May 18, 2020, only four years after its beginning, but the anime adaptation by Ufotable with 26 episodes and, above all, a sequel film ( Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train ) released in theaters last October 2020, have made this license one of the most lucrative for Shueisha publishing house since the time of Naruto, Bleach and One Piece. We are talking about the highest grossing film in the history of Japan, surpassing even Spirited Away , by Studio Ghibli.
