Capcom has released a new trailer for Street Fighter 6 that introduces Mai Shiranui , the game's new additional character who will be available as a special guest character in early 2025, at a date yet to be specified.
The fighter in question is a historic face of Fatal Fury and King of Fighters, who has become a true icon for SNK fighting games thanks to her charismatic characterization that has made her famous since the 90s as one of the most fascinating characters of this genre.
Mai Shiranui will be the second SNK character to join the roster of fighters in Street Fighter 6, which thus renews a classic collaboration between Capcom and the software house that made the history of the Neo Geo.
Mai's appearance is close to the classic one from the SNK series, but there are some variations applied in the graphic style in particular, which make the girl's 3D model slightly different from usual, which still makes her interesting.
