Guilty Gear

Guilty Gear has been with us for several years now. As difficult and curious as it may seem, this saga of fighting games managed to find a niche in a genre dominated by untouchable names in the industry such as Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Tekken, King of Fighters and a handful of others.

The saga that hit the market for the first time in 1998, only increased the number of fans who follow its original characters title after title and it is the same audience that, not without reason, will be quite sad to know that the latest installment of the IP, Guilty Gear Strive , has been delayed, something that seems to be something of every day in the world of video games.

Guilty Gear Strive another victim of the tsunami of delays

ArcSystemWorks production was scheduled to reach PC, PS4 and PS5 on April 9, but like many other video games it had to postpone its launch until June 11 of this year.

The statement that was shared by the study's official Twitter account indicates that the reason for the delay lies in the comments received after the beta and that, taking that feedback into account , they decided to return to the work table to reformulate certain aspects and launch the game in the best possible way.

The most anxious can appease a bit the desire to sink their teeth into this new installment of Guilty Gear with the crossover that the saga will have with the latest version of Samurai Shodown , at least until the long-awaited fighting game finally lands in our homes .
