Skyrim is probably one of the games that has been adapted on the most platforms . The PS5 is no exception, as 99% of PS4 games run on the console thanks to backward compatibility. Only here, who says console, says sacrifice of the fluidity of image . Indeed, until the arrival of the new generation, only PC players could claim to play the cult title of Bethesda at 60 FPS. Things have recently changed with the Xbox Series X, which is also capable of running the game at 60 FPS.
PS5 players therefore had to be patient, but it ended up paying off. A new mod available now finally allows to enjoy Skyrim at a frame rate equal to their counterparts. Youtuber and developer Wrighton is to be thanked for this novelty which makes the game more pleasing to the eye , as it begins to show some signs of age. In its demonstration video, the game seems to run perfectly and suffer from no bugs.
SKYRIM MOD DOES NOT ERASE ACQUIRED TROPHIES
Two good news accompanies this already positive announcement. First, the mod can be downloaded and activated directly in the game , from the menu dedicated for this purpose. Once done, just load an existing game or start a new one. Second, the trophies acquired during the game are not deactivated when the game is running at 60 FPS, whereas most mods erase these when activated.
