STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl

Last week, another major update numbered 1.4 was released for STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl . This update made major changes to the AI, fixed hundreds of problems, adjusted the combat system, and offered other changes. As was the case with previous STALKER 2 patches, after the update, players encountered some problems that the developers fixed with the new patch.

Update 1.4.1 for STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl has been released. It is now available to players on all platforms. On Xbox Series X | S consoles, it will require a download of about 5.73 GB to install.

The description of patch 1.4.1 states that it fixes various crashes that could cause the game to crash. Specific information is only provided for the PC version, related to problems caused by mods:

  • Fixed an issue when loading a game with the Simple Mod Loader mod installed.
  • Fixed a situation where an error would occur when loading save files in a game with mods installed (e.g. UETools).

Note that after patch 1.3, the game's performance on Xbox worsened , and update 1.4 did not improve the situation .
