Path of Exile 2

The upcoming patch for Path of Exile 2 will focus on two of the most requested improvements, as well as a flurry of other minor and moderate changes.

Our current plan is to try to get 0.2.0g out as soon as possible. We are of course remaining flexible on this due to the Easter holidays and ANZAC Day (a New Zealand public holiday) next week.

The first improvement is to loot drops. There are three main changes you can expect to see with this. The first is to fix the black bar of useless items from campaign bosses by increasing the quality level of items. The second is to increase the quality of boss drops in general and the third is to improve the drops from monsters possessed by Azmerian Wisps.

The second improvement is to Corrupted Nexuses. These can be time-consuming and difficult to find, and players often progress through Waystone levels much faster than they can complete the Nexuses. We're reducing the number of Nexuses that need to be completed to get all Atlas Passive Points, and improving their visibility in fog on the Atlas map.

Additionally, the developers are also looking to improve access to Pinnacle content by reducing the difficulty of Simulacra, as well as increasing rewards and reducing difficulty spikes for Remnants in Expeditions.
