Delta Force continues to grow in popularity. Team Jade reported that the daily active audience (DAU) of their free-to-play shooter has reached 12 million players.
The developers published this information on the website of the Chinese version of the game, without specifying whether the indicator takes into account users of the global version.
Tencent, which owns Team Jade, noted Delta Force's high potential back in November 2024. The company expressed hope that the shooter would eventually join its collection of "evergreen" hits - games that remain popular for years. At the end of 2024, this list included 14 projects, including Honor of Kings and PUBG Mobile.
The key factor for getting into Tencent's "evergreen" list is a high DAU. According to the company's rules, a game is considered a hit if its quarterly audience consistently reaches 2 million on PC or 5 million on mobile platforms.
