The developers of Honkai: Star Rail have introduced a new playable character, Cipher, who the Pioneers have already learned a little about thanks to their adventures on Amphoraeus.
Tsifer will be a limited five-star quantum character who walks the path of Non-Being. This fast-footed property-stealing enthusiast is a true star of Dolos, a lost bandit polis where three hundred thieves run amok and have fun.
In the Japanese version of Honkai: Star Rail, Cifer's voice is provided by actress Ayasa Ito, who fans of Japanese animation may recognize from her roles as Arisa Ichigai from BanG Dream! and the fast-food-weak Erufuda from Elf-san wa Yaserarenai.
