Persona 5: The Phantom X will soon feature a new character, Mio Natsukawa, known as the Idol Thief.
She will debut in update 3.4.2, which will be released on February 27, 2025, just three days from today, February 24. Mio is a popular singer and actress whose cute image is inspired by Japanese idols. In the game, she is classified as a "Kaidol" - cognitive beings created by Merope from the Sea of Souls to assist in battles.
They embody the strong desires of people familiar to the protagonist. Mio's Metaverse codename has not yet been revealed, as well as her Persona, but it is already known that she will be playable.
