Monster Hunter Wilds developers have shared details about the game's graphics modes for next-gen consoles, with PS5 Pro support confirmed at launch.
On PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, the game will offer two modes:
- Graphics Priority : 30 FPS at 3072x1728 rendering resolution with 2160p output
- Frame Rate Priority : 60 FPS at 1080p rendering resolution with 2160p output
Xbox Series S will have a single mode with a resolution of 1080p at 30 FPS.
Unlike the open beta, which used interlaced rendering, the final version will use AMD FSR technology for image scaling. The developers also fixed a rendering bug in high frame rate mode, which improved performance.
As for the PC version, Capcom is working on lowering the minimum system requirements and is considering releasing a benchmark before release.
Monster Hunter Wilds will release on February 28, 2025 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X.
