A new update has to arrive today for The Witcher 3, as announced by CD Projekt Red and although they have not yet revealed all the details and corrections of this patch, we can already tell you that it will be big. Depending on the platform, it can occupy up to 20 GB , about 2 GB in its PC version and up to the 20 mentioned in its PlayStation or Xbox versions.
The big update is released today March 13 and will affect all versions of the game, including Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, as well as PC and PlayStation consoles. As we have said in the lines above, there are still no specific details of the fixes that the patch will add, although it is largely expected that it will arrive to optimize the new generation versions of the renewed The Witcher 3 .
If all goes according to plan, we should be releasing a new patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt later today. The update will be coming to PC/PS5/XSX&S/PS4/XO (roughly 2GB on PC & between 10-20GB on consoles, depending on the SKU & platform). Patch notes will be out along with it.
