Remedy Entertainment is currently working on a multitude of titles, with Alan Wake 2 as the main standard-bearer, and which they assure will be a great game . Well, now great news has been confirmed, and that is that the studio itself has announced that it is working hand in hand with 505 Games, confirming that Control 2 is in development for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC .
Via their own website , Remedy Entertainment has confirmed the news, noting that they were proud to confirm that the biggest budget Control game, known to this day as Codename Heron, is none other than Control 2 , a full-fledged sequel to the studio's most successful game in recent times.

Franchise director Mikael Kasurinen had this to say in a statement: “ With Control 2, we will take another leap into the unknown . It will be an unexpected trip. It will take a while, but to put it mildly, this is the most exciting project I have ever worked on. It's still early, but it will be worth the wait."
Additionally, 505 Games and Digital Bros Group CEOs Rami and Raffi Galante said they were excited to deepen their collaboration with Remedy, continuing to develop the Control story. He further noted that “Control is the biggest investment 505 Games has ever made, so it holds a special place in our hearts. We are grateful to the entire gaming community that has made Control such a long-lasting and beloved game, and we are even more excited to release Control 2."
