FORZA HORIZON 5

Great news for Forza Horizon 5 players on PC. The Playground Games racing game , in fact, has been updated with a series of graphic improvements that will make the gaming experience even more fluid, realistic and visually impacting. The new update , released in the past few hours, intervenes on ray tracing and on support for DLSS and FSR technologies.

Forza Horizon 5: how it improves with the new update

Players can now visit the open world of the title or take part in races with active ray tracing even at Ultra or Extreme graphics settings. If you do not have NASA computers capable of obtaining maximum performance, you can still take advantage of the upscaling allowed by support for Nvidia DLSS and the latest AMD FSR 2.2 . Both technologies are designed to rework a 1080p image bringing it to 4K and allowing an important graphic leap even for less powerful machines.

It should be noted that Forza Horizon 5 does not use DLSS 3 technology currently only available on Nvidia RTA 40 series graphics cards. " Although we have nothing to say at the moment about DLSS 3 ", said PlayGround Games itself, " team will pay close attention to your feedback for the implementation of DLSS 2.4 technology in Forza Horizon 5, which can be activated on all Nvidia RTX video cards to improve performance at high resolutions. "

The innovations introduced by the new update are very important, because until now the support for ray tracing was limited to the ForzaVista mode which allows you to admire the cars in a sort of showroom within the game. Now we will be able to admire the splendor of the game of reflections on the bodies even while we participate in events or explore the world. And if we don't have enough, we can also activate DLAA (Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing) technology , an artificial intelligence-based anti-aliasing that improves image quality with a mechanism similar to that used by DLSS to improve performance.
