Nintendo and PlatinumGames teamed up to bring Astral Chain exclusively to Nintendo Switch, giving us yet another example of the two companies working together. Now we've seen that Platinum just updated their official game page by removing the mention of themselves.
The IP is from Nintendo
Astral Chain is a shared IP, between the company responsible for the Umbra witch and the big N (as is The Wonderful 101). This strange movement has already given rise to speculation, and it is that among the community, it is speculated that Nintendo may have acquired all the rights to the IP , which would not be so strange considering the recent acquisition of the Next Level Games studio by part of the plumber's company.
Astral Chain via Platinum's website no longer features Platinum Games in the copyright, just Nintendohttps://t.co/yFVdoRGeCg

Astral Chain takes us to Ark, a city where one fine day portals to another dimension appear out of nowhere. From the portals all kinds of very dangerous beasts come out and begin to attack people, in addition, they contaminate everything in their path. Although the police try to do everything possible to kill the beasts, they end up asking for help from a special unit that has been created to fight the threat.
