The developers of Honkai: Star Rail have officially announced Phaenon as a playable character in version 3.4.
Phaenon is a Physical type limited character who follows the path of Destruction. This nameless hero hails from Elysia Eides, an isolated village on the edge of the world that now remains only in misty legends.
Phaenon is a goldius who possesses the core of the flame of the support of the world, who must remember the ideals and carry the destinies of people on his shoulders so that the first rays of dawn illuminate the new world.
