Monster Hunter Wilds

For 20 years, the Monster Hunter franchise has featured characters who have remained silent, nodding their heads as they watch the events unfold around them. But that's all about to change in Monster Hunter Wilds

According to Wild's game director, in the new part of the giant monster hunting simulator, the protagonist will have a voice and will actively participate in discussions with NPCs.

And the reason for this, you won't believe, was the witcher Geralt of Rivia! The fact is that this character appeared in Monster Hunter: World as a paid DLC character. And the White Wolf received full voice acting - he commented on the events and had voiced lines. Capcom really liked this. However, it is not entirely clear why they did not implement the voice acting of the main character in the previous game - Monster Hunter: Rise.
