All Minecraft fans will soon be able to enjoy many important news thanks to the release of the upcoming 1.20 update this year, which will include many new features in the video game, such as the Archeology function.
Below you will find the main news coming to Minecraft through the release of the new update:
Let's start with the highly anticipated "archeology" feature, originally announced during Minecraft Live 2020 and then postponed indefinitely but which is now ready to officially make its debut in the game thanks to the 1.20 update.
This new feature allows players to find a new type of sand, “suspicious sand”, near desert temples. And using a brush you can brush away the blocks of sand to discover hidden tools such as bones, sniffers and pottery shards.
The new ceramic fragments also include partial patterns and four fragments, which users can combine to create a vase with patterns that aim to tell a unique story.
Microsoft then signaled how the winner of Minecraft live mob 2022 is ready to enter the Overworld. This is because Sniffer Eggs can be found in the new archaeological sites, near the desert temples. And once the newly discovered egg has been hatched, the baby will grow up to become a huge sniffer.
This mob has the ability to hunt down Ancient Seeds, which will then grow into decorative plants. But the surprises aren't over yet, given that on the occasion of Valentine's Day, the famous Mojang video game welcomes the Cherry Blossom biomes (Fuori di Ciliegio). These can be broken down and turned into wooden kits, such as new hanging signs and more cherry saplings.
