Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 , in just 5 days has reached the extraordinary milestone of 25 million players worldwide, the Activision Battle Royale has convinced the public by winning a record launch. Thanks to the enormous success that the shooter has always brought with it, we don't struggle to understand the enormous amount of players that the title has brought behind it.
Although many of the aspiring guerrillas have partly transmigrated from version 1.0 of the Activision shooter, the huge turnout and such a positive response from the public cannot be solely attributable to the success of the first chapter.
The news of Warzone 2.0 and the success of the title
Although the pillars of the Activision shooter remain fundamentally unchanged, as well as all the trappings related to Battle Royale remain among the most classic of the genre, the news behind Warzone 2.0 are different and all quite welcome by the community.
The player boom was remarkable, bringing players to become 25 million in just 5 days, unlike the first chapter which had reached the 30 million mark after 10 days. It can therefore be said that the sequel to the first Warzone is even more convincing than the first.
We still don't know what news awaits us for the future, however it is probable that the path that Infinity Ward can take is always the same, that is to introduce new weapons and armaments, together with new season passes and events. It is also plausible to expect a new map in the near future.
