The Microsoft Store has already announced that Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection will run at 60 fps on some consoles, but did not specify which of them would work with this rate of images per second . This mystery has been solved by Team Ninja himself on his official Twitter account. The developer, creators of the three video games that are part of the compilation (Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor Edge), have published the complete list.
As could be suspected , Xbox One, Xbox One S and PS4 do not have this possibility . Its most powerful versions, Xbox One X and PS4 Pro will enjoy 60 fps. For its part, the new generation will not be left behind. In this way, PS5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series will have this possibility, not to mention the PC (via Steam). In the latter case, of course, it depends specifically on the team of the player in question.
Regarding the resolution, the compilation will be compatible with 4K, although as they point out in the tweet, the resolution will be dynamic, so it will vary depending on what happens on the screen. Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection will also be out on the Nintendo Switch , but like the base consoles, it won't run at 60fps either.
There will be no Nioh 3 at the moment
Team Ninja has worked in recent years on projects far removed from the Ninja Gaiden saga. In fact, they have focused on Nioh, which recently received upgraded versions on both next-gen consoles and PC. Fumihiko Yasuda, producer of Nioh, commented in Famitsu that the intention of the study was to focus on new titles, so the third installment of Nioh is ruled out at the moment. The future of Ninja Gaiden has not been clarified, but the producer expressed his wish that if they release another title he would like it to be on Xbox consoles.Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection will be available on June 10.
